Here’s where I share the spots that actually work for families, so every VB parent can feel in the know and ready to explore.
I started VB with Kids because my feed was full of local accounts made for people in their late 20s: rooftop bars, late dinners, spontaneous weekend plans. I loved seeing it, but I also felt a little left out, because they weren't easy options with 3 kiddos (including a newborn) at home. So I started finding the places that did work for us, and sharing them for other local moms and dads also asking themselves, “What should we do today?”
Thankfully, there are plenty of options in the 757. Our family moved here for the beach-town lifestyle, and we haven't stopped exploring since: sunset picnics at Chic's Beach, rainy mornings at the aquarium, and so many playgrounds, museums and pumpkin patches in between. I share it all on Instagram from a kid's-eye view, and this site gathers everything in one place.
I'll share the details you actually want to know (stroller-friendly? bathrooms? shade? worth the trip?) and only recommend places that really shine for our family. There's so much to do in the 757. Let's get out there!
