VB with Kids is supported by local businesses who partner with us. Here's how we keep it honest, so you can always trust what you read here.
We only feature places we'd take our own kids
Every place, event and business we share is somewhere we've been or would happily go as a family. We turn down partnerships that aren't a fit for local parents.
Paid content is always labeled
- Sponsored means a business paid for that article, guide section or placement.
- Featured means a business paid for extra visibility, like the top of the events calendar or the directory.
- Discount codes are offers our partners give to the VB with Kids community.
Paying buys visibility, not a better review
Our "Our take" notes are never for sale. If something isn't great for kids, we won't say it is, whether or not a business is a partner.
Free listings stay free
Parents and organizers can always submit free community events, and we add family-friendly places to the directory and map at no cost.
